Aristocrat announced its bid for Playtech in October, with the company’s cash price offer of 680 pence per share representing a 58% premium over the Playtech price at the time of 429 pence per share.
The B2B gambling segment grew by 19% to €267.2, driven by revenue growth from Caliente in Mexico, as well as strong growth in other regulated markets such as Colombia, Poland, Italy, and Greece.

Playtech said it has added over 20 new brands so far in 2020 and is on track to surpass its annual target of 50 despite the ongoing crisis.
Playtech’s poker and bingo businesses saw an increase in activity in recent days due to restrictions on movement imposed by governments. However, it added that there was a risk that player behaviour could change the longer the crisis continues.
